Cooling towers are responsible for cooling the cast aluminum ingots to ensure their structural stability; stackers realize automatic stacking and sorting of finished aluminum ingots, reducing manual labor and improving production efficiency; temperature detectors monitor the temperature of molten aluminum and casting molds in real time to avoid quality problems caused by temperature deviation; mold preheating guns preheat the casting molds to the optimal temperature, ensuring smooth casting and reducing the defect rate of aluminum ingots.
