Medium-frequency melting furnaces are primarily used to melt and reprocess steel, iron, and other metals. The equipment primarily consists of a medium-frequency power supply and a melting furnace.
The continuous rolling mill is an advanced method which can improve labor productivity and rolling type, mainly used in iron and steel plants to produce section bar, wire rod, steel bar, channel steel, flat bars, steel plates and other products. The raw material is steel scrap or billet (40-120mm).
A two-in-one IF melting furnace uses a single IF power supply to power both furnaces. The power can be freely allocated between the two furnaces, allowing one furnace to melt while the other is pouring or holding heat. One IF power supply can power both furnaces simultaneously, allowing for flexible power allocation.
